Our School Day

The school day begins at 8:20am and ends at 2:50pm

• The day begins with tutor time at 8:20, followed by five lessons of one hour.
• Students have a twenty minute morning break and a thirty minute lunch break.
• Students have a dedicated space for their year group where they can sit, eat and drink. The Hub is open to all students at break and lunchtime. 
• After school enrichment activities and exam master classes and lectures run from 2:50 - 3:50 pm. 
• There is a dedicated late bus service for Belle Vue Girls' students leaving from outside Zara at 4 pm.
• Students spend a total of 6 and a half hours a day (32 and a half hours a week) in school.
