Lead Teacher: Confident Learners - Mrs J Richardson
As Lead Teacher for developing Confident Learners my role is to support the development of our students so they become confident, strong and capable learners across the across the whole curriculum. I work closely with our dedicated teaching and support staff, to ensure that we can offer a truly exceptional educational experience for all our girls.
We are able to offer a challenging and ambitious curriculum at BVGA, designed so that all leaners can achieve through our SEN training sessions. As part of my role, I facilitate the continuous professional development of our teaching assistants and I deliver bespoke training sessions to new and established staff members, as well as our trainee teachers.
It is fantastic to be able to work closely with students, teachers, teaching assistants and parents to shape our students’ educational experience and support them on their journey to becoming independent and confident young women.
